Paradise Ridge Youth Soccer Club- Code of Conduct
EXPECTATIONS DURING GAMES AND WHILE SPECTATING:
*Respect the Referees: Referees are volunteers or developing officials who are learning and giving their time. Their calls are final. IF you disagree with a decision, only the head coach may address the referee calmly and respectfully, and only at an appropriate time (never during the active play).
*Support all Players: Cheer for effort, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Negative comments directed at referees, coaches, players, or opposing teams are not acceptable.
*Model Good Behavior: Parents and spectators must remain on the designated sidelines and refrain from coaching from the stands. Let the coaches coach, the players play, and the referees officiate.
*Uphold Sportsmanship: Players are expected to compete with integrity, listen to their coaches, and show respect to teammates, opponents, and officials at all times.
REPERCUSSIONS FOR VIOLATING THE CODE OF CONDUCT:
Violations of the code of conduct could result in verbal reminders or warnings, removal from the field, and/or possible suspension from future games or removal from the league.
We want every game day to be a fun, safe, and memorable experience for our kids. Let's work together to create an atmosphere of encouragement and respect.
Thank you for your support and commitment to the values of PRYSC
